About
JESSICA MULKINS
Jessica’s Story!
I’m a Denver native and a proud CU Buff with a passion for skincare. After training at the Aveda Institute in Denver, I spent years perfecting the art of speed waxing at a reputable company. During that time, I not only honed my technique but also saw the importance of strong values in the beauty industry—honesty, inclusivity, and client care.
That’s why I took a leap of faith and opened Uncensored Skin Studio—a space where I could prioritize integrity and empowerment in every service. Whether you’re here to tackle specific skincare concerns or simply want to feel smooth and confident, my goal is to provide a comfortable, welcoming experience where you can truly embrace your beauty—uncensored.

-
Waxing typically lasts between 3 to 6 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle. Over time, regular waxing can help reduce the amount of hair and its thickness.
-
Waxing can cause some discomfort, however, most people find the discomfort to be short-lived. Our experienced esthetician works to minimize pain and make the experience as comfortable as possible. You can take Ibuprofen before your appointment as well if desired.
-
Exfoliate: Gently exfoliate the area the day before to remove dead skin cells and prevent ingrown hairs. Length of hair: Your hair should be about 1/4 inch long for best results (roughly the length of a grain of rice). Avoid lotions and oils: Don't apply any lotions, oils, or deodorant to the area before your appointment.
