There is a ten minute grace period for your appointment, anything after that is subject to being cancelled or rescheduled.

Cancellations are accepted 12+ hours before your allotted appointment, however appointments cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 30% service charge. Any cancellations less than 2 hours prior to your appointment or no show appointments will be subject to a 50% service charge. This policy is enforced upon booking.
